Jonathan has extensive experience working on appliances of all brands for nearly 20 years.

 

Prior to his work in appliance repair, he worked as an electrician and in HVAC, which provided him the mechanical and electrical background to help him later learn how to diagnose broken machines quickly. It was his first appliance repair position that really captured his interest - he learned the ins and outs of household appliances by studying manuals and taking machines apart and rebuilding them as a part of an in-house training program. Since then he has worked on appliances in a full-time capacity for three different companies, and has been operating Elite in Northern Michigan since 2022.

Jonathan loves the challenge of figuring out the puzzle of your broken appliance, allowing you to get on with your life and focus your energy on what really matters to you. What sets him apart is his superior communication and the ease of diagnosis that comes with experience.

When he is not repairing appliances, you can find him boating on Lake Leelanau, playing hockey, and enjoying the outdoors with his wife and three young sons.
