Jonathan brings over 15 years of appliance repair experience, having worked with several highly respected service companies before founding Elite Appliance Service in 2023. In 2026, to keep costs down and expand repair services across a wider range of appliances, Elite Appliance Service proudly became part of the Big Lake Appliance Service family.

 

His journey into appliance repair began with a strong foundation in HVAC and Electrical work which helped him quickly master the art of diagnosing and fixing all types of machines.  After transitionioning into appliance repair.  Jonathan's found his true passion as he learned the intricacies of household appliances through hands-on training and continuous study. He loves the challenge of solving appliance problems, allowing you to focus on what matters most to you.

 

With his excellent communication skills and of experience, Jonathan makes the repair process smooth and efficient.

 

When he's not repairing appliances, can find him boating on Lake Leelanau, playing, and enjoying the outdoors with his wife and three young sons.
